this hotel really surprised me with its convenient location and friendly atmosphere. breakfast was a high point with hot drinks freely available in the lounge, a great touch. the proximity to both bus and tube stations simplified getting around the city, very important for me.
my biggest issue was the small size of the room, it was difficult to manage with luggage. i also found the lack of soundproofing to be an issue, disrupting my sleep quite a bit.

the hotel had good access to public transport, especially tube stations like euston and warren street, allowing quick connections. pancras international was also easily reachable because it was only one stop away. the immediate street itself was surprisingly quiet despite its central positioning.

staff members were approachable and willing to provide a kettle upon request. check-in was available from 1 pm, this suited my schedule without any problems at all. the team demonstrated great hospitality and seemed genuinely willing to help .

i found climbing all those stairs to my room frustrating. the lack of a coffee maker in the room was disappointing i needed my morning coffee. breakfast didn't quite hit the mark for me either. i prefer a wider selection.
